6th A Special Event Tasting Collaboration AT BOULEY RESTAURANT
With Rodolphe Le Meunier, M OF and 2007 World Champion Cheese Affineur. Rodolphe comes from a five generation family business making cheese in the Loire Valley, France and personally ages over 350 types of cheese. Guests will be guided through the the art of pairing cheese with wines with the help of Jean-Luc of Le Dû’s Wines. The evening will begin at 6:30pm with an aperitif and canape reception. Dinner to follow at 7pm.
